Reports & analytics
Operations reports
Admin activity, integrations, security posture and plan usage.
Operations reports cover the running of the platform itself: who is administering the club, whether integrations are working, and where your security posture is weak.
Who can use this
These need Save, share & schedule reports, which organisation admins hold by default.
What's on the page
- Admin activity and Audit summary — who is actually administering the club, and what changed.
- Integration sync health — whether Xero, Mailchimp and competition feeds are syncing.
- API & webhook usage — which keys are in use and which endpoints are failing.
- Payment infrastructure health — webhook events received against processed, so a silently lost order becomes visible.
- Feature adoption — which modules you have switched on and actually use.
- Plan limits usage — whether you are close to a limit.
- Import history, Login activity, Permission matrix.
- Storage usage and Setup completeness.
Step by step
- Open Reports and pick the Operations & platform chip.
- Run Permission matrix each quarter as an access review.
- Run Integration sync health if something has stopped arriving in your accounting software.
- Run Feature adoption before a plan renewal.
Field reference
Dormant admin — an account with admin rights that has not signed in for an extended period.
Sync health — the last successful sync per integration, and any errors since.
Plan limits — your current usage against the entitlements of your plan.
Tips & FAQ
Login activity shows very few members. That is worth knowing in itself. Low portal adoption usually means members are not receiving, or not acting on, the emails that link them there.
A webhook endpoint is failing. Check the endpoint is reachable and returning a 2xx response. Deliveries retry, but repeated failure eventually stops them.
