Switch it on and your site has a /donate page with your own title and message explaining what the money goes towards. Set suggested amounts as quick-pick buttons, let donors enter their own amount if you like, and anyone can give — no account or sign-in needed. Money goes straight to your club’s own account through your connected payment provider; ClubHelix never holds your money.

Offer monthly giving and the donate page shows a One-off / Monthly choice. Each month’s charge lands as its own row in the ledger with an automatic receipt to the donor — and donors stop their own monthly donation any time from their account page, no awkward phone call required.

Donors can tick a box to cover the processing fee — adding roughly 5% on top so the club keeps the full amount of the gift. Each gift can also carry a message of support, so the committee sees the encouragement along with the money.

Every donation lands in its own ledger — separate from dues and shop takings — so the treasurer can report on fundraising without untangling it from everything else. Search by donor, filter by status, and see any fee cover shown separately from the gift itself. Every paid donation triggers an automatic emailed receipt, and refunds processed at your payment provider update the ledger on their own.
