The all-in-one club platform, for US clubs

Youth soccer to masters swim: ClubHelix combines the club website, registration, payments, scheduling and communication most US clubs run across four or five separate apps — in one login, starting free.

Free plan to start · The demo is a real, fully populated club site

One platform, not five apps

Website, registration, rosters, schedules, payments, team chat and email in one login — no more app-per-job sprawl.

Registration that runs itself

Season sign-ups with waivers, medical details, instalment plans and automatic renewal reminders feeding a live member database.

Real websites, not app profiles

A public, search-indexable club website in your branding — sponsors, schedules, news and registration on your own domain.

US club and league software tends to be team-app-first: great for rosters and carpools, thin on the public website and the club-level admin. ClubHelix starts from the club: a real website on your own domain, with registration, payments, competitions, fundraising and governance running behind it.

For volunteer boards, that means fewer tools to pay for and hand over — and for families, one place to register, pay, RSVP and find the schedule.

Youth sports registration is where the hours go, so it is where ClubHelix does the most: sign-up forms with digital waivers and medical details, instalment plans, sibling registrations, and automatic renewal reminders — all feeding one live database your registrar never has to re-key.

Click through the live demo club to see a fully populated site working end to end, then start free — pick a template, add your colors (we’ll forgive the spelling), and invite the board.

Sound familiar?

The jobs that eat volunteer evenings — and what happens to them on ClubHelix.

An app for everything, a system for nothing

Registration on one platform, team chat on another, schedules on a third, the “website” a page nobody updates — and families juggling four logins per kid.

Registration season is paperwork season

Waivers collected by email, medical forms in a folder, payment plans tracked by memory — and the registrar doing data entry until midnight.

Sponsors with nowhere to be seen

Local businesses back the club, but there’s no real website to put them on — just a social page the algorithm decides who sees.

One platform, one login, one handover. See everything that's included.

Your club's own app — no app store required

Families install your club as an app straight from the browser — schedules, RSVPs and club news on the home screen, with push notifications for the teams they follow.

  • Installs to the home screen in two taps — no app store, nothing to publish
  • Push notifications for fixtures, events and club news
  • RSVP to events and training from the phone
  • A digital membership card, with wallet passes on paid plans
  • Always your branding, always the current version

Frequently asked questions

Does ClubHelix handle US payments?
Club payments run on major card processing with payouts to your club account. Plans and currency display are shown on the pricing page for your region.
Can leagues with multiple clubs use it?
Yes — ClubHelix is multi-organisation from the ground up: leagues and associations can run their own site and competitions with member clubs underneath.
Does it replace our team communication app?
For most clubs, yes — team and club chat channels, push notifications, RSVPs and schedules live in the same platform as the roster, so there is nothing separate to install or pay for.
Can we collect waivers and medical information at registration?
Yes — registration forms support digital waivers, consent and medical questions, stored against the member record with an auditable trail.
Do families need to download an app?
No download required — everything works in the browser, and families who want the app experience install the club to their home screen in two taps, push notifications included.
