Volunteer rostering
Fill the roster without the phone-around.
Duty types, capacity-limited rosters and self-serve volunteer sign-ups — the canteen or concession stand covered without the phone-around.

Define the duties your club runs on — canteen, barbecue, ground setup, scoring — and publish rosters with capacity on each slot. Members sign themselves up, and the roster fills without a single guilt-trip phone call.
Duty types
Every job the club runs on
This is volunteer roster software that speaks club: set up duty types once — canteen, BBQ, ground marshal, scoring, working bees — each with a short description of what the job involves. Then create slots with a start and end time, where to report, and how many people you need, optionally linked to a fixture or an event so the duty appears in context.
Self-serve sign-up
Members put their own hands up
Members claim spots themselves from a volunteer page on your public site — no spreadsheet, no phone-around. Slots are capacity-checked, so a full slot can’t be over-subscribed even if two people tap at once, and members can un-volunteer right up until the slot starts. Rather hand-pick who does a job? Untick Open for sign-up and assign a member directly — they’re notified straight away.
Reminders
Nobody forgets a shift
Everyone signed up gets a reminder the day before their duty, riding the standard notification channels — in-app, email, and push where enabled — at no extra cost. Your canteen roster covers itself, then reminds itself.
Season summary
See who carried the load
After the day, mark each person completed or no-show. Completion is tracked per duty, so across a season you can see who has actually carried the load — handy for volunteer awards, and for spreading the work more fairly next year.
The season summary computes volunteer hours per person from completed duties — clubs love reading these out at presentation night. No-shows are only ever visible to staff.
