Audit log

Accountability, built in.

Every admin action, role change and configuration tweak is recorded and queryable.

Role grants in the admin, each dated and attributable
Every grant is dated, attributed and revocable — and it all lands in the audit trail.

Committees change; the record should not. The club audit log is a permanent, tamper-proof answer to “who changed what?” — every important action recorded automatically, and nothing ever editable, not even by an administrator.

The trail

Append-only, by construction

Every admin action — publishing a page, granting a role, changing a setting — is written to an append-only audit trail scoped to your organisation. Entries are protected in the database itself: there is no edit and no delete, for anyone, which is what makes the trail trustworthy for disputes and history keeping.

What’s recorded

More than admin clicks

Security events and payments land in the log automatically alongside admin changes — and member-facing actions too, so your club’s data history is genuinely complete:

  • Role changes carry who, what and when — handovers and disputes are a lookup, not an argument
  • Every order at both ends of its life — placed and paid, refunds included, guest checkouts and all
  • Nominations, membership requests, form submissions and consent changes — with anonymous surveys staying anonymous

Exports

Take the whole record with you

Admins can export the full audit log as a CSV, the last 90 days of email sends, and a JSON bundle of the organisation’s key records. Every export writes its own entry in the log, so there’s always a trail of who downloaded what.

Trust

The same discipline, all the way up

Every organisation’s trail is isolated — one club can never read another’s. And platform staff operate under the same discipline: elevated sessions are banner-flagged and recorded with ten-year retention.
