Transactional email

The moment your organisation exists, so does its email: verifications, resets, receipts and confirmations go out automatically and on-brand, matching the site your members already know. No connecting an external mailer, no API keys, no “why didn’t the receipt send” mystery.

Every email type has an editable template — change the subject and body, drop in variables like the member’s name or your club’s name, and they’re filled in (and HTML-escaped) at send time. Each save creates a new version with history to roll back through, and a Send test to me button emails you the result with sample values before any member sees it.

Paid plans can add custom email types of their own alongside the built-ins.

Deliverability is our job: sender reputation, bounce handling and suppression lists are managed at the platform level, with per-message delivery status you can check. Addresses that bounce or complain are suppressed automatically, protecting every future send — the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether club email lands in the inbox or the junk folder.
