From the weekly session to a come-and-try day or the annual quiz night: events carry times, venues, contact people, hero images and registration links, with recurrence rules that understand public-holiday exclusions — daily to yearly patterns, skipped dates and all, summarised back to you in plain English.

Members subscribe once with the iCal feed and every new event lands in their own calendar automatically — a club calendar that maintains itself.

Sell event tickets for your club without an external ticketing site clipping the price or owning your attendee list. Each ticket type sets its own price, capacity, per-order limit and sales window — and when a capped type sells out, an optional waitlist offers freed spots automatically.

Ticket types recognise your financial members automatically — no codes to create, share or police. Set a member price and signed-in financial members simply pay it; restrict a ticket to financial members or specific membership types and the players-only dinner stays players-only, enforced at checkout on the server, not just in the page.

Turn on RSVPs and the event page asks “Are you coming?” — members answer Going / Maybe / Can’t go, guardians answer separately for each of their kids, and visitors only ever see the totals, never who said what. Everyone who said Going or Maybe is included in the event’s reminder and reschedule notifications automatically.

Visibility is per event — public, members-only, or restricted to a role — so the AGM papers stay in the family. And a governing body can publish one event to every affiliated club’s calendar in a single action, badged as shared.
