A Tideframe Digital solution
Tideframe Digital

ClubHelix is built by Tideframe Digital

Tideframe Digital is a web studio. It designed ClubHelix, builds it and runs it, and it brings the same approach to websites for businesses of every kind.

Who Tideframe Digital is

Tideframe Digital is a remote web studio that builds useful websites with clear ownership. Most are built on an established open-source content management system the business can edit itself, and the studio takes on React and Next.js work where an interaction, an integration or a publishing requirement justifies the extra build and upkeep.

The studio works with businesses across Australia and welcomes suitable international projects. Tour and activity operators and trades were its first areas of focus, and suitable work from any industry is welcome.

Its starting idea is simple: a website should be useful to the people who visit it and manageable for the business that owns it.

What “a Tideframe Digital solution” means

ClubHelix is the studio’s platform for community clubs and the bodies that govern them. Tideframe Digital designs it, builds it and looks after it. Nothing changes for your club: you sign up, pay and get help through ClubHelix exactly as before.

What the studio does

From a clear first website to a considered rebuild, the work starts with the customers and the way the business runs.

Website design

Discovery and a page plan, design, editable pages, technical SEO, testing, launch, editing guidance and an agreed handover.

Website care

Optional care after launch: scheduled updates, private staging checks, uptime monitoring and backup oversight, on studio hosting or on hosting you own.

Rebuilds

A rebuild starts with a review of the current site and a URL and redirect plan, so useful pages are not casually lost.

Custom work

Booking connections, business-system integrations and a separate React frontend, assessed first, with a clear answer on who maintains each part.

How a project runs

Every project follows the same plain sequence, so you always know what comes next and what you are approving.

  1. Plan

Agree the audience, pages, search intent and enquiry journey before any design work.

  2. Build

Review a private preview of editable pages as they take shape.

  3. Launch

Test the agreed pages and forms, and prepare a recovery point before release.

  4. Hand over

Receive records of accounts, licences, renewals and editing guidance.

Three ways to own a website

The build is the same. What changes is who hosts the site and who looks after it afterwards.

Studio hosting and care

The studio hosts the site and looks after the agreed maintenance.

Your hosting, studio care

Keep a compatible hosting account you own and add studio care for the work you want help with.

Build and handover

Take the site with editing guidance and a practical handover, and manage it yourself. Ongoing care stays optional.

How the studio works

Remote by design

Planning, reviews and handover happen through shared previews, email and booked calls. The studio has no fixed customer-facing premises.

A written quote first

Work starts from a written quote that separates studio work from supplier subscriptions, so the initial and ongoing costs are both visible.

Decisions made one by one

Extra features and ongoing services are agreed individually. Care is never compulsory, and leaving it comes with an exit plan.

Proof you can inspect

The studio’s examples are clearly labelled concepts, shown without invented clients, testimonials or results.
