Club shop

List jerseys, hoodies, playing kit and anything else the club sells, with variants for size and colour and categories that keep the shop browsable as it grows. Each product carries its image, description and stock counts — tick Unlimited for made-to-order items, or set real stock and let a low-stock card flag any variant running below its alert threshold before match-day demand hits.

Fulfilment is part of the product, not an afterthought: offer shipping, club pickup or both, with flat-rate, by-weight, free-over-$X or free shipping pricing per product.

Members shop on your public site, build a cart (or hit Buy now to jump straight there), enter their details and delivery address once, and apply a discount code at checkout. Before any money moves they confirm an order summary in a pop-up — nothing is charged until they select Confirm and pay.

Receipts are itemised properly: each product, shipping and any added-on-top tax appears as its own line, with discounts shown as a deduction. Every receipt also carries an order code QR that club staff can scan at pickup or for a return, jumping straight to that order in the admin.

Orders arrive in the admin with clear statuses — Received, Processing, Sent — so whoever runs the shop this season always knows what is outstanding, and an Orders badge in the sidebar counts everything not yet sent. Posted orders take a carrier and tracking number; pickups get marked as collected; refunds go back through the payment provider with one button.

Members track their own orders from their account, with the same downloadable receipt the admin sees — so “where’s my hoodie?” answers itself.

GST and tax on club merch are handled properly: set your rates once — included in the price or added on top — choose which apply by default and whether shipping is taxed, and every order snapshots its tax breakdown at purchase time, ready for the treasurer. Change a rate later and past orders keep exactly what they charged.

Fine-grained permissions split the shop into manage products, view orders, fulfil orders and refund orders — so a Shop Manager can run the merch table end to end without touching the rest of the admin.
