Orders arrive in the admin with clear statuses — Received, Processing, Sent — so whoever runs the shop this season always knows what is outstanding, and members track their own orders from their account.
Taxes are handled per organisation: set inclusive or exclusive rates once and every order snapshots its tax breakdown at purchase time, ready for the treasurer.
