Raffles
The meat-tray raffle, all grown up.
Run compliant ticketed raffles with public sales pages, permit details on record, and draws with recorded winners.

Run an online raffle for your club the way the committee wishes it always worked: tickets sold from your own site, the permit recorded against the draw, and winners picked with cryptographic randomness.
Compliance
The paperwork lives with the raffle
Set up a raffle with its prizes, ticket prices and permit details recorded against the draw — so the compliance paperwork lives with the raffle, not in a drawer at the secretary’s house. Raffle rules in Australia are set state by state, so a raffle can’t open until you record the state it runs in and attest your club complies with that state’s rules; where a permit applies, the permit number is shown right on the public page.
Ticket sales
Supporters buy from their phones, not a ticket book
Each raffle gets a public page on your site where supporters buy tickets online — no account needed — with sales tracked automatically so you always know how the fundraiser is travelling. Numbered tickets are allocated the moment payment lands and emailed on the receipt, and the page shows a live count of tickets sold.
The raffle runs itself to the finish line: entries close automatically at your close time, or sooner if the ticket cap sells out. And once tickets exist, the price and caps lock — so every entrant bought under the same terms.
The draw
A draw nobody can argue with
When it is time, run the draw and the winners are recorded against the raffle for good — a clean, auditable record for the committee and the regulator alike. The draw picks one winning ticket per prize using cryptographic randomness, cannot be re-run, and publishes the results to the public page automatically — ticket numbers with first name and last initial — while each winner is emailed on the spot.
Integrity
Refunds that can’t win
Money flows through your club’s own payment account, and refunds behave like fundraising demands: refund a raffle order from your payment provider and it automatically voids that order’s tickets so they can’t win. ClubHelix deliberately supports straightforward raffles only — no gambling-style formats.
