Custom sender

From your club, literally.

On Pro and Enterprise, send from your own domain with DKIM and SPF set up for you.

This feature is in final testing and launches soon — everything else on ClubHelix is ready today.

The sending-domain setup status in the email admin
Sending-domain verification is a guided checklist — DKIM and SPF records included.

A club email address on your own domain: upgrade the from-address so every message comes from the club itself — with DKIM authentication set up for you, not by you.

Your domain

Email from the club’s domain, not a platform’s

Members trust mail from the club more than mail about the club. Until you’re ready, everything sends from the ClubHelix platform address and works out of the box — upgrading to your own domain is the polish: the from-name, from-address and reply-to all become yours, and DKIM signing tells inboxes the mail is genuinely from your domain.

Guided setup

DNS records, done by checklist

Upgrade the from-address to your own domain: we generate the DKIM keys, tell you exactly which DNS records to add, and verify them for you.

  • Enter your bare domain and get the exact DKIM and DMARC records, with copy buttons
  • Paste them at your DNS host, hit Re-check, and watch the status flip to verified
  • Once verified, set your from name, from address and reply-to — replies route where you want them

Reputation

Your domain’s good name, kept good

Bounces and complaints are handled automatically so your domain reputation stays healthy — problem addresses are suppressed before they can hurt future sends, and the sending-domain status is always visible in the email admin.

Everywhere

One sender, every email

The verified sender applies across the lot — broadcasts, receipts, confirmations and every transactional email — and pairs naturally with a custom domain for the site, so the club’s web address and email address finally match.
