The complete admin, read-only
Members, registrations, payments, broadcasts, reports, rosters and settings. Every screen is open; saving and sending are disabled on the demo account.

A seeded roster, upcoming fixtures, shop orders and email history — so every report and list has something real-looking in it, not empty tables.
Reset every 72 hours
The demo club rebuilds itself on a schedule, so it always shows a current season with dates that make sense on the day you visit.
Why the demo is open
A guided demo shows you what a salesperson wants you to see. An open one lets you find the answers a committee actually needs: how many clicks the treasurer faces, whether the member list exports cleanly, what the registration form looks like on a parent’s phone. We’d rather you spend twenty unsupervised minutes in the product than forty scheduled minutes on a call — if the software is good, unsupervised is the stronger pitch.
The demo account is read-only, enforced at the database rather than by hiding buttons — so we can hand the keys to the whole internet without anyone being able to change or send anything. Everything else is exactly what a paying club sees.
Four things worth checking while you’re in there
- Open the member list and look for the export button — your data should never be locked in.
- Walk a registration form end to end and count the steps a parent would face.
- Open a report and check the committee could actually read it without a training session.
- Look at the email and broadcast tools — is comms built in, or will you still need another product?
