Online club registration happens on your site, not ours: the form carries your branding, your terms, and your questions — emergency contacts, consent checkboxes, whatever your committee needs. Choose instant membership or an approval queue: applications land in the admin with everything the applicant entered, one click from approved.

Offer the membership types and tiers your club actually runs. Each type sets its own price, billing style and duration; public types appear on your join page automatically, while hidden types stay admin-only for the life members and committee. Selling memberships online — including auto-renewal — is part of the Standard plan.

Families register the way families actually work: a parent signs up the kids as dependants from one account and pays once, and each child lands on the roster under their own name. Instalment plans are there when fees are better paid over time.

Renewals run themselves: automatic membership renewal reminders go out before an expiry — timed and worded by you, with an optional “your membership has lapsed” nudge afterwards — linking each member straight to the right form. Auto-renewing memberships go one better: every renewal charge extends the member’s paid-until date automatically, and members can stop auto-renewal themselves whenever they like.

A club website with membership built in means members help themselves: from their own account they can view their membership card, follow their orders, check their payment history and manage their own renewal — without emailing the secretary.
