From a simple contact form to a full membership registration form, the builder covers it: short and long text, validated email and phone fields, numbers, dates, dropdowns, multiple choice, checkboxes and star ratings. Collect what a sports club actually collects — emergency contacts and medical information, consents, preferences — with required fields, help text, and per-form access for everyone or signed-in members only.

Conditional fields only appear when a previous answer makes them relevant, so members are never asked questions that do not apply to them. Stack conditions with all-must-match or any-can-match logic — only show the dietary question when they said they’re coming to the dinner.

Mark a form as a survey or poll and it grows the right options: anonymous mode with no name or email captured, one response per signed-in member, and results shown to people after they respond. Every form gets an aggregated view with charts and tallies of every answer — plus a CSV download when the committee wants the raw numbers.

Responses land in a single shared inbox across all your forms, opening on the pending-review filter, with notifications for the people who manage each form — nothing sits unanswered in a personal email account. Reply straight from a response with a pre-addressed email, tick it off once actioned, and even a deleted form can be restored with its responses intact.
