Personalise with the member’s name, and reuse your saved intro, sign-off and footer so every broadcast looks like the club — a live full-email preview shows exactly what lands, and Send test to me puts a copy in your own inbox first.

The visual newsletter builder assembles polished email newsletters from blocks — headings, rich paragraphs, images, buttons, dividers, two-column layouts — with your club’s theme colours inherited automatically, so every issue looks designed without a designer. Three starter templates get you past the blank page; preview in light or dark mode, desktop or mobile, before anything sends.

Every send reports opens and clicks with privacy-respecting, first-party measurement — no third-party trackers near your members — and each newsletter can be published to your website’s newsletter archive as a readable page, so the value of an issue outlives the inbox.

Schedule sends for the right moment — Thursday 7pm, not whenever the secretary got to it. A monthly email allowance meter shows what’s left at a glance, drafts wait at the top of the hub, scheduled broadcasts can be cancelled before they go, and if some recipients fail, Resend failed retries just those.

Consent is first-class — members opt in at registration, the consent list is visible (and exportable as CSV), and unsubscribes are honoured automatically. An unsubscribe link is always added to the footer; it’s required by law and can’t be removed, so a well-meaning volunteer can never send the club into spam-complaint trouble.
