Match officials

Built for associations and larger clubs, this is match official management without the ring-around: each official’s contact details, grade and notes, plus their unavailability as date ranges — “away 12–19 September” — so the roster warns you before you book someone’s holiday. Link an official to your member roster and they can see their own appointments and manage their own availability, with their accreditations tracked alongside.

Appoint officials to fixtures with a role and a fee against each appointment — referee, assistant, umpire, scorer or timekeeper. If an official is unavailable that day, or already appointed to an overlapping fixture, the form stops and tells you before the clash becomes a Saturday-morning surprise.

Officials confirm through the platform — they’re notified of each new appointment, with statuses running appointed → confirmed or declined — so you know before the weekend which games are covered and which need attention.

With fees recorded per appointment, paying your officials becomes a report to run, not a season to reconstruct. Completed appointments join the unpaid pool, and a bank-ready pay export lists everything owing — one row per official per match, with contact details and the fee.

The officials roster sits beside competitions: appointments attach to the fixtures in the draws you already run, so umpire allocation happens in the same admin as the fixture list itself.
