There is no app store listing to maintain and no separate app to pay for: it is your site, appified. Because the app is your site, it always matches your theme and branding — change your colours once and the app on every member’s phone follows. Publish something new and everyone has it instantly; nobody is ever on an old version.

Push notifications for members keep everyone in the loop: fixture changes, new events and fresh news arrive on the lock screen instead of sinking into an inbox — and member chat messages arrive the same way. Members choose which categories they hear about, so notifications stay welcome instead of getting muted.

Every active member carries a digital membership card in their account — club name, membership type, paid-until date and a QR code that always verifies their current status, so an expired card can never be passed off as valid. At the door, that same QR is how check-in runs: one scan verifies the member and marks them in.

Members can add their card to Google Wallet on every plan, or to Apple Wallet as a proper pass on Standard and above — the membership card lives on the phone they already carry, next to their boarding passes. On Pro, each membership type can even carry its own card design, picked from a gallery of ready-made themes or styled with your club’s colours, gradients or a photo.
