Growth & forecast reports
Enquiries, conversion, projections and one-page scorecards.
Growth reports answer whether the club is bringing new people in, and where they are being lost. Forecast reports project current trends forward; scorecards summarise everything on one page.

Field reference
Enquiry — a contact or interest submission from the public site.
Conversion — an enquiry that became a member within the period.
Projection — a forward estimate, always labelled as one, with its method stated on screen. A projection is never presented as a fact.
Tips & FAQ
Why can't the platform tell me how members found us? Nothing currently asks them. Adding a "How did you hear about us?" question to your join or registration form is the fix, and it is the single cheapest piece of growth data a club can collect.
How far ahead do forecasts look? To the end of the current season or financial year. Beyond that the error becomes larger than the signal, so the reports stop rather than guess.
