Match reports
Publish results and write-ups for your teams’ fixtures.
The Match reports page is where you publish results and write-ups for your matches — scoreline, opponent, line-up and a full report — and link each one to a team. You'll find it in the admin sidebar under Publish updates → Match reports.
Who can use this
Club admins and moderators can open and use this page — no extra permission is needed beyond your role.
Match reports need the Match reports feature switched on for your organisation. If you can't see it in the sidebar, ask an admin to enable it on the Features page.
What's on the page
The main page lists every report, newest match first, in a searchable table. Each row shows the match (opponent and team), the Match date, a Result badge, the Status, and when it was last updated. You can search by title, opponent or team, filter by status or team, and re-sort. A New report button sits in the top right.
Step by step
Write a new report
- Click New report (top right).
- Under Matchup, pick your team from the Our side dropdown (it links the report to that team and shows it on the team's page) and type the Opponent.
- Enter Our score and Their score, leaving Result on Auto from score to work it out for you.
- Set the Match date, plus optional Home / Away, Saved location or free-text Venue, Headline and Summary.
- Add players in the Lineup card with + Add player, then write your report in the Report editor (same as page bodies).
- Under Publishing, tick Published to go live now (or leave it unticked for a draft) and choose a Visibility.
- Click Save report in the floating save pill (top right).
Edit, unpublish or delete
Click a row (or the pencil Edit icon) to open a report, make changes and click Save report. To take it offline, untick Published and save — it returns to Draft and leaves your public pages straight away; tick it again to republish. To remove it, use Delete report in the Danger zone card (soft-deleted, gone from the public site immediately). For a published, public report, the View public page icon on its row opens it on your site in a new tab.
Field reference

| Search & social images | Optional search title, meta description, social-share and hero image URLs, plus a hide-from-search-engines toggle (in a collapsible section). |

Tips & FAQ
- Just type the score. Auto from score fills in Win/Loss/Draw from the numbers. Pick a value yourself for forfeits, postponements, or sports without a two-number score.
- Start from a fixture. A fixture's match-card screen has a Create match report from fixture button that pre-fills a draft from its teams and result. See Competitions.
- Saving disabled? A warning that admin write features are locked means your billing is overdue — sort that and saving returns.
