Sponsors
Showcase your sponsors and partners on your public site.
Sponsors lets you keep a tidy list of the businesses and partners who support your club, then show their logos on your public website. You'll find it in the admin sidebar under Website management → Sponsors.
Who can use this
You need to be an admin or moderator of the club to manage sponsors. Members and signed-out visitors can't open this page. Sponsors is a feature module — it's switched on by default, so it's normally ready to use straight away. If an admin turns it off under Features, the Sponsors item disappears from the sidebar.
What's on the page
At the top you'll see two quick counts: how many sponsors you have in total and how many are visible on your public site. Below that is a Sponsor tiers card for grouping sponsors (like Gold, Silver, Bronze), followed by one section per tier. Sponsors without a tier appear in a No tier section.
Step by step
Add a sponsor tier
- In the Sponsor tiers card, type a name into the New tier name (e.g. Gold) box.
- Click Add tier. The new tier appears in the list and gets its own section further down the page.
- Use the ↑ and ↓ arrows to reorder tiers, or Rename / Delete to change them. Deleting a tier moves its sponsors back to No tier — it doesn't delete the sponsors.
Add a sponsor
+ Add sponsor opens its own page with four short questions. Only the name is required.
- In the tier section where you want the sponsor, click + Add sponsor — the level you clicked under is pre-selected for you.
- Who is the sponsor? — type the business or person's name. For the logo, click Upload logo… (or drag an image onto the box), or paste a public image link. PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP and AVIF are accepted, up to 2 MB. Their website is where their logo will link to; leave it blank for no link.
- Which sponsorship level? — pick one of your levels, or leave it as No particular level. If you haven't set up levels yet the page says so and skips the question.
- Are they sponsoring you right now? — two choices side by side. Yes, currently vs A past sponsor decides whether they sit with your current partners; Show on our website vs Keep hidden for now decides whether anyone sees them yet.
- Anything else? (optional) — folded away by default: a subtitle like “Major partner”, a longer description, and an end date after which they're hidden automatically.
- Click Add sponsor. The line beside the button tells you whether they'll appear on your website straight away.
Edit, reorder or remove a sponsor
- Click Edit on a sponsor card. It opens the same four questions on their own page — change what you need and click Save changes.
- To reorder sponsors within a tier, drag the grip handle on the left of each card (or focus it and use the arrow keys). The order is saved automatically.
- Click Delete to remove a sponsor. You'll be asked to confirm — this can't be undone.

Tips & FAQ
- Why isn't my sponsor showing? A sponsor only appears publicly when Current and Display are both ticked and the Expiry date hasn't passed. The cards show Past, Hidden or Expired badges to tell you why one is held back.
- Where do sponsors appear? Adding a sponsor here builds your list, but it shows on a page only once you add a sponsor list section to that page — see Pages. Choose a compact strip, a logo grid, or a tier-grouped layout.
- Logos look uneven? Use logos with similar shapes and transparent backgrounds where possible; they're centred and scaled to fit automatically.
- Logo already includes the name? In the sponsor list section's settings (in the page editor), tick Hide sponsor names under logos so wordmark logos aren't captioned with the same name twice. Sponsors without a logo always keep their name.
