Activity reports

Activity reports cover what the club actually does week to week — events, competitions, facilities, programs, volunteering and communication.

Who can use this

These need View general reports, which moderators have by default. A few of them show money as well and need View money reports on top.

What's on the page

• Events — attendance against RSVPs, ticket sales, capacity, no-shows, revenue per event, waitlist conversion.
• Competitions — participation, ladders, results, fixture completion, forfeits, statistical leaders, appearances, officials.
• Facilities — utilisation, peak-time demand, member against casual use, cancellations, revenue per available hour.
• Programs — enrolments, attendance rates, the printable session roll, capacity fill, term-over-term retention.
• Volunteering — roster coverage, no-shows, who carries the load, unfilled slots ahead.
• Communication — broadcast performance, deliverability, bounces, unsubscribes, SMS usage and push reach.

Step by step

1. Open Reports and pick the area chip you want.
2. Choose a period — most activity reports default to the current financial year.
3. Use the comparison to see whether this season is ahead of last.
4. Download the CSV for anything you need to circulate.

Field reference

Attendance rate — present divided by present plus late plus absent. Excused absences are excluded from both sides.

Utilisation — booked hours against available hours, after closures are deducted.

Roster coverage — filled duty slots against total slots.

Reach — people you can actually contact on a channel, after unsubscribes and bounces are removed.

Tips & FAQ

Event attendance looks lower than it felt on the day. RSVPs and check-ins are separate things. Unless people checked in, the report can only show who said they were coming.

A report says a module is switched off. Turn it on under Features. The report has nothing to read until the module is in use.
