- Member paymentsConnect Stripe or Square so your club can take payments online — onboarding, the bank account your payouts land in, the ClubHelix platform fee, your payment settings, and an accounting export for your treasurer. Card payments are available to clubs in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the eurozone, each paid in its own currency. Set your country in Business details before you connect, because Stripe fixes an account’s country when it is created and can never change it — the page warns you when the account’s country and your business details disagree, and offers a fresh start when the account has never taken a payment.
- Invoices & receivablesRaise and send a club invoice to a member, including a member with no login: your own numbering and prefix, multiple lines, part payments and credits recorded against a running balance, write-off or void, and an automatic reminder ladder that chases an overdue invoice by email and can be paused per invoice. This is your invoice to a member — not money already received (Member payments) and not your own ClubHelix subscription invoices (Billing).
