- Does ClubHelix support Canadian clubs today?

- Can we publish content in French as well as English?
- Your public pages are fully yours to write, so you can publish club content in whichever languages your community uses — many clubs run key pages bilingually.
- How does handover work when the board changes?
- Access is role-based: outgoing directors are removed, incoming ones invited, and every record — members, minutes, finances, the website — stays with the club. The audit log keeps the history.
- Do members need to download an app?
- No — everything works in the browser, and members who want the app experience install the club to their home screen in two taps, with push notifications included.
- Can we move our members and our website across?
- Members come in from a CSV, with duplicate detection and a preview before a single record is created. Pages are rebuilt from a template rather than copied, which most committees finish in an evening, and the domain is pointed last so nothing goes dark in between. The one thing no platform can move is stored payment authority, so anyone paying automatically re-authorises on the new system — worth running as a deliberate campaign in the off-season.
