For the club treasurer, this is the integration that earns its keep — a genuine Xero integration for clubs. Connect Xero — the accounting software your club most likely already uses — pick the bank account and income account, and the money side reconciles itself: takings and invoices export from ClubHelix straight into your accounts as received bank transactions, roughly once a day.

If you run campaigns in an email marketing tool, audience sync keeps its lists aligned with your member roster — consent-first, so only members who have opted in are ever synced across. Withdrawn consent, unsubscribes and bounced addresses are pushed back as unsubscribed, and the sync runs daily without anyone touching a CSV. (Rather skip the external tool entirely? Broadcasts are built in.)

If your association runs its competition on another platform, external data feeds bring it home: point ClubHelix at the governing body’s published feed and your site shows the ladder and fixtures — read-only, refreshed automatically on a schedule you choose, from every 30 minutes in season to weekly, with the source credited on every page.

It’s built for match day, too: a failed fetch never wipes the last good data — your public page keeps showing the most recent snapshot until the feed recovers.

Anything we haven’t built, you can: a read-only REST API pulls members, membership types, events, orders and check-ins into a spreadsheet, reporting dashboard or custom app, and signed webhooks tell your systems about new members, paid orders and check-ins the moment they happen. Keys are named and instantly revocable, and every endpoint’s recent deliveries are visible in the admin.

For the public side of your club there is also an open read API that needs no key, on every plan: your published news, events, fixtures, sponsors, teams, pages and club details as JSON, for a clubroom screen, a sponsor’s website or a member’s app. It serves only what your public website already shows, cached for five minutes and rate-limited.

Where the thing you want to connect is an AI assistant rather than a script, there is a separate door built for it: AI agent access hands your own assistant a scoped, expiring token over an open standard, and checks every request it makes against what the admin who issued it is allowed to do.

Integrations are deliberately one-way from ClubHelix out — nothing is ever imported back automatically, so an outside tool can never overwrite your roster. Credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again after saving, only full admins can reach the page, and disconnecting stops the flow instantly while leaving everything already exported untouched.
