First things first: this is not an "alternative to PlayHQ" page, because for clubs in AFL, cricket, basketball or netball competitions there is no alternative — and nor should there be. PlayHQ runs your sport’s registrations, fixtures, ladders and results nationally, your governing body provides it, and it does that job well.
But PlayHQ is a competition platform, not a club platform. It does not give your club its own website, tell your story to new families, sell your merchandise, manage your volunteers or send your newsletters. That is your club’s job — and it is exactly the job ClubHelix does.
The two work side by side: PlayHQ runs your comp; ClubHelix runs your club. Your ClubHelix site simply links members through to PlayHQ wherever they need to register or check fixtures.

- Do we have to stop using PlayHQ?
- No — and you couldn’t anyway if your governing body runs its competitions there. ClubHelix complements PlayHQ: the comp stays on PlayHQ, and your club’s website, comms, shop and operations run on ClubHelix.
- Can we bring our member list into ClubHelix?
- Yes — export your members to a spreadsheet and import them with ClubHelix’s bulk import, or let our done-for-you service handle the whole setup including your website content.
