Refer a club

Clubs recruit clubs. Somebody from the netball association sees your site, asks who built it, and you tell them — and that is worth something to us, so it should be worth something to you. Your organisation has one referral link on its admin overview with a copy button beside it. Send it to the club that asked.

If they create their organisation through your link and go on to a paid, active plan, both organisations get one free 28-day billing cycle. A trial does not count, and one honest note about who gets what: if your club is still on the free plan there is no cycle to make free, so this is worth most to a club already paying.

The qualifying happens by itself — we check nightly and email your administrators when a club you referred starts paying. Applying the credit does not. A person at ClubHelix looks at every qualified referral and applies both credits by hand, which is deliberate: it is how a scheme like this survives the same operator signing up twice. So it is a real reward with a real check in front of it, and a referral that looks engineered can be declined.

It is also a deliberately small feature. There is nothing to configure — no custom code, no reward settings, no dashboard. Attribution is a link and a cookie that lasts 30 days in the same browser, so send the link directly to the person who asked rather than posting it and hoping. Each organisation can be referred once, ever, and only as a brand-new organisation — an existing ClubHelix club cannot be referred back.
