Want a hand picking the right plan, or planning a federation rollout?

Existing committee or admin? We can help with billing, members or anything that's broken.

Vulnerabilities, abuse reports, or anything privacy-related.

Sport associations, integrations, media — we'd love to chat.

Can I see ClubHelix in action before I sign up?: Yes — the demo organisation and the directory both show live clubs running on the platform, and every new club can start a 14-day free trial of the paid features from its Billing page, so you can import your own roster and try it on real data.
Do you offer onboarding for federations?: Yes. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding manager and structured rollout. Pro plans get group onboarding sessions.
Where are your offices?: We're a distributed Australian team. There's no walk-in office, but we're happy to jump on a video call.

Every club in our directory was built on the same platform. Browse real, live examples for inspiration before you get in touch.
