Frequently asked questions
- Which currency will I be charged in?
- We bill in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) based on your location. You can switch to a different currency above — once you start a subscription, that becomes your billing currency for the life of the subscription.
- What happens if a recurring payment fails?
- We'll email your billing contact and lock admin write features while we retry. Your public site stays online for the suspension cutoff (30–60 days depending on tier). Settle the outstanding invoice in the billing portal and everything resumes automatically.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the admin billing page. The new price kicks in on your next renewal date; we don't charge you immediately when you switch.
- How long is a billing cycle?
- Every paid plan bills in 28-day cycles, not calendar months. Your renewal date stays on the same day of the week, every four weeks, so you always know when the next charge is coming.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Not at launch. We're starting with 28-day billing only so clubs can try us with no long-term commitment. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap.
- Will my site show up on Google?
- Sites on the Free plan are excluded from search engines — every page is served with a noindex tag and we leave them out of our public sitemap. Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans are indexed by default; you can still mark individual pages as noindex from the page settings.
